Lately the kids have been cracking me up. It's amazing how their minds work and how they sound just like me and Daddy.
This was a conversation with Margaux after school one day this week.
Me "how was school"
Margaux "great mom, met my Big Buddy today, her name is Mary"
Me "That's really nice"
Margaux "Amelia's Big Buddy said that she was so cute, but I'm cuter, right mom?"
( I ignored the question)
Margaux " I know I'm cuter, the cutest girl, I just keep it to myself"
Me " You're right Margaux, you are the cutest, always believe that and keep it to yourself, because other people don't want to hear it"
I am so glad that she has such great self-esteem, but humble enough (at times) to keep it to herself.
Jax's Language has Exploded!
Daddy was in the office working, so Jax walked in and sat in my desk chair. He says "Hey Daddy, What's going on"
At Jax's school we were looking at pictures of all the kids in his class. I was asking him to name all the kids in the pictures. He named, "John Michael", "Emma Mae", "Grace", "Gabriel" and when I pointed to him, he said "Jax-Z". Love how he referred to himself by his nick name.
